Visualization Architect
LOCATION: PROJECT OFFICE I KATHMANDU I NEPAL
MAP is a design practice based in Washington DC. Our project office in Kathmandu is looking for Visualization Artist with strong graphic skills and software capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to join at managerial level after two satisfactory years of tenure in the practice.
Responsibilities
Assist and collaborate with design teams to generate compelling 2d and 3d visualization images and animations for projects. Develop storyboards and concept art outlining strategies to explain design intents. Be responsible for post-production and documentation of digital images/animations.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor of Architecture
Minimum 2 years of experience in the related fields
Proficient in 3d software – 3ds max, Sketchup
Proficient in rendering engines – Vray and/or Lumion
Proficient in Animation Software – Lumion
Proficient in Post Production Software – Photoshop and/or After Effects
Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
Mandatory skills and qualities
Strong visual skills with attention to detail and composition
Ability to manage and produce visualization tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
